I (John Boujaoude, PE) now have been practicing Structural engineering/ Forensic engineering and commercial/residential property
inspection for over 23 years.
In the course of my professional career, I have conducted hundreds of residential and commercial property inspections. In addition, I
conduct Due Diligence studies for the banking industry including Property Condition Assessment and Phase I Environmental Site
Assessment studies of real estate properties. Properties assessed include single- and multi-family residential dwellings, commercial
low- and high-rise buildings, and industrial structures. In addition to the State of Ohio, I had been involved in engineering projects
throughout the United States
For a global engineering firm, I served as Lead Design Engineer, where I performed structural engineering design, construction
progress monitoring and construction cost analysis. I was also responsible for ensuring that the project conformed to OSHA safety
regulations.
I have testified in court and been deposed by attorney on past matters.
