CSE is a state-certified engineering & consulting firm.   
Furthermore, CSE is certified by the City of Cincinnati as a
Small Business Enterprise (SBE).   

CSE’s main market includes a 200-mile radius of
Cincinnati, Ohio.   However, we have executed projects
from coast to coast including some international work.

Although CSE is a  small firm, we have successfully
completed large and complex structures  in partnership
with medium to large consulting firms.

Office overhead to a minimum; as such, we can execute
projects at a competitive price, while remaining a
profitable operation.
Our sub-consulting work offers further advantages to
our consulting firm clients including:

As a NCEES Council Record Holder, Professional Engineer licenses in additional states can be typically obtained on
an expedited basis (a week or two).

CSE’s Principal Engineer has been practicing structural engineering/ forensic engineering and building/home
inspection for over 20 years.  He is experienced in conducting due diligence studies for the banking industry
including Property Condition Assessment and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of industrial, commercial, and
multi-family residential properties.  Property assessed range from the high-rise 30-story building to the single
tenanted 5,000 square feet retail building.

Our principal engineer is also experienced in many aspects of structural design in a fast-track environment including
reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, timber, aluminum structures, and their foundations, both shallow type and deep
foundation systems. This work includes foundation for pre-engineered metal buildings, structures for bridges,
manufacturing and warehousing, institutional, and commercial facilities.  

Furthermore, he is experienced in seismic design per the latest international building code (IBC).   Related
experience includes load capacity analysis of existing structures, and checking structural calculations of culvert and
bridge projects.

Industrial experience includes bulk-material-handling, power, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, food
processing, pulp and paper, and automotive plants.
